Our payment plan options are designed to provide flexibility and comprehensive access to medical information. Please review the following payment plan policy: 

 

Subscription Plans 

We offer both monthly and yearly subscription plans to cater to your needs. Choose the plan that best suits your preferences and budget. 

 

Comprehensive Information 

With each subscription plan, users gain access to detailed information about doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies near their location and anywhere in the world. Stay apprised and make judicious healthcare choices while traversing. 

Search Credits 

Users can earn search credits by watching ads. These credits can be used to look up medicines, doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies, enhancing your search capabilities within the app. 

 

Autorenewal with Autopay 

 Enjoy uninterrupted access to TravMeds 2.0 services by enabling autorenewal with autopay. Your subscription will be automatically renewed after the current plan ends, ensuring continuous access to our database. 

 

No Downgrading 

Once a yearly plan is activated, users cannot downgrade to a monthly plan. However, users have the flexibility to upgrade from a monthly plan to a yearly plan to enjoy additional benefits. 

 

Autorenewal Activation 

Users can enable autorenewal while purchasing a subscription plan. However, please note that users cannot enable autorenewal if they already have an active plan. Once enabled, autorenewal can be managed in your account settings. 

 

Disabling Auto Renewal 

Once users have purchased a plan with auto-renewal enabled, they can disable auto-renewal at any point through their account settings. 

 

Refund Policy 

Please note that payments made for any purchased plan are non-refundable. If you choose to delete your account or if any circumstances lead to the termination of your account, the amount paid for the plan will not be refunded. 

  • We would like to provide further details regarding the subscription plans and search credits. With both our yearly and monthly plans, users will receive a defined number of search credits that can be utilized to access detailed information on medicines, doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies. These search credits will remain valid and available for use throughout the duration of the subscription.  
  • It’s important to note that once the subscription period is over, any remaining search credits will be discarded and cannot be carried forward to the next subscription. We encourage users to make the most of their search credits within the active subscription period to fully benefit from the comprehensive database of medical information.
