User Data Deletion Instructions URL

Travmeds has a Facebook login as one of the log in options. We save the user's activity data temporarily on our server until the user subscribes to this app. The user has the authority to delete his/her data anytime, as they wish. 

According to the Facebook Platform rules, we have to provide a User Data Deletion Callback URL or Data Deletion Instructions URL. If users want to delete activity data for their Travmeds Account, they can remove their activity data by following the instructions below. 

1. Click on the settings icon in the navigation bar.
2. Look for the “Delete User Data” tab and click on it.
3. A warning pop-up will be visible with a text bar.
4. Type “delete” in the text bar and click on the “Tick” icon.
5. User's app activity data will be permanently removed from the app.

We also have our auto-logout feature activated,  where users log out automatically after a specific time. For google sign-in /mobile sign-in, it is set for 3months and for guest sign-in, it is set for 24 hours, after closing the app.

We also delete user information after one year of inactivity i.e after the last logout.
